SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a flat rate of $7. Orders over $75 will ship free!  

 

If items are a pre order, please expect them to ship as soon as they arrive to us. Some pre orders can take up to 4 weeks or longer.  If you have any questions regarding a pre order you are welcome to contact us at the email provided. We do our best to keep you updated in the Facebook group as to when pre orders are arriving and an approximate date of arrival on the website.  There will be no refunds given due to a pre order taking a certain amount of time. If items are not the quality we expected or are damaged upon arrival to us, we will then decide to give you a refund for your items. 

When you place an order, we do our best to ship your items within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information, and you should receive your items within 2-4 days from placing your order, of course depending on how fast the USPS is moving at the current time of the year. Please expect delays during holidays.
